workouts for 5/19 to 5/25: RACE WEEK!!!!

so, my race is in 6 days. My leg still hurts. I got in a grand total of 34 miles this week, and now I’m trying to figure out if my tapering week is going to be super -resting my leg by not running at all, or by just doing a few short runs. erg. I don’t know.

Anyway, I’m going to try for a little yoga, and then I don’t know what else. I planned this well.

This week: 34

This month: 56 (wow, I haven’t had a month less that 130 miles in ages)

This year: 613.5

Saturday: Jemez Moutains Trail Run 50k, Los Alamos, NM
