Engine 2 Lynn’s Meatloaf, Happy Herbivore brown gravy, mashed potatoes, roasted Brussels sprouts, crescent roll. Delicious! I don’t have stomach capacity for this heavy kind of food anymore. Whew. I need a nap.
so, my race is in 6 days. My leg still hurts. I got in a grand total of 34 miles this week, and now I’m trying to figure out if my tapering week is going to be super -resting my leg by not running at all, or by just doing a few short runs. erg. I don’t know.
Anyway, I’m going to try for a little yoga, and then I don’t know what else. I planned this well.
