My fav kale, beans, and noodles dish..this time with kale, kidney beans, and brown rice noodles, with green olives and italian salad dressing. two corn thins with peanut butter and an orange. I was HUNGRY!! after my workout this morning: I ran nearly 3 miles, did boot camp, then an hour of yoga. EXHAUSTED.
ps. this is more than 700 calories.
