I haven’t updated much, except workouts and food and occasional pics, because my beloved little netbook died and it took me a while to pick a new one and for it to get here. Now I’m back in business!
Lately, I’ve been doing some really strenuous workouts and having a blast! When I first started running longer distances, I had NO energy for anything else…the 3 days of running per week was exhausting! I’ve since added 2 more days of running to my routine plus a couple other workouts! One of my running days is now hill sprints, and I’ve been going to a boot camp class twice per week.
On Thursdays, though, I have the boot camp class in the morning, then the hill sprints at night. LONG DAY! I find it really hard to get enough calories during these days but I just don’t worry about it and eat when I can. On my rest days I try to round off what ever I missed nutritionally, and that seems to be working ok. I’ve had plenty of energy (except at the end of Thursday.. haha) and I’ve lost a few inches, to boot! YAY.
