Tempeh Sausage Pastry Puffs from Vegan Brunch by Isa Chandra Maskowitz, grapes. I made these last night for a party, but without any added oil. These are SO good! Of course the puff pastry is vegan crap, but the tempeh filling is fantastic and has a flavor that would be WONDERFUL on a pizza, cooked with potatoes for a taco filling (right..what WON’T I put in a taco?) , or some brown rice and a bit of tomato sauce for a great hearty homestyle dish.
