I’ve really got to sort my healthy lifestyle out. I don’t understand why the first four months were so easy for me. I lost 28lbs just like that. I haven’t lost any in the past four months.
I really need to think about what I’m eating. I need make a plan and sort my body out.
I thought I was in a plateau, but do plateau really last for four months? Or do I need to work that one bit harder?
I lost weight slowly, and as I got within 8-10lbs of my goal weight, it came nearly to a halt. I did have to reevalaute my food intake, and I also added one more day of vigorous exercise..but it still took several months to lose that last bit. Keep going! Your health and longevity are worth every bit of effort.
