Goofed off today…I over slept and missed my long run, so I have to make it up tomorrow. I switched to marathon training from my half-marathon training, altho I don’t have a goal race in mind. The most obvious one is the Metro PCS Dallas Marathon Dec 9, but I’m not sure. I will wait to register, as usual, until closer to the date.
Here’s this week’s workout schedule. This is only for this week because my kids aren’t back in school yet, and I missed my long run yesterday. Next week will be different.
Sunday: 10 mile run at 11:20-12:18m/m pace. So, long and slow. It will be raining, too, so this will take me a good two hours. Yeah.
Monday: 30 minute run at 10:18 pace (my regular easy pace, so nbd), yoga and body sculpt classes at the ymca (free childcare…score!)
Tuesday: 1 hour run with training group at 11:20 pace
Wednesday: 30 minute run at 10:18, and a Condition/Cardio/Core class at the ymca
Thursday: 50 minute run at 11:20 plus hill training, and a pilates class at the ymca
Friday: REST DAY!!
Saturday: Long run with training group- 12 miles @ 11:20-12:18 pace. All ready for a half marathon, and I just started! lol! what a bizarre feeling *that* is.
That’s it! Now, to get to sleep so I don’t screw up tomorrow’s run. :P
