

I had yoga, weight lifting class, and running on the schedule today.
I had SUCH tired legs this morning, but I went ahead anyway. I had no trouble with yoga, and the hip and ITB stretches were fantastic!!
The weight lifting class was super intense! I loved the teacher..The class is only offered on Mondays though, so I won’t be tempted to go more times than necessary. LOL! I loved it and I hope I can do it again next week.
Running: I got that in BARELY before the planes began spraying for insects. ewww. My plan calls for a pace of 10:18 m/m for this run, and I did it in an average of 10:20 on my super worn-out legs.
I spent a good amount of time on the foam roller, too. aaahhhh.
Tomorrow’s an easier day: a one hour run with my running club training group. yes!
